DMB magnetic linear encoder 1 µm

Total length of the DMB magnetic linear encoder will be travel length (L0) + the minimum required length (for mounting) of the linear encoder. The magnetic linear encoders are delivered per meter but can easily shorten to the length that is required.

The magnetic linear encoder DMB 1 µm is delivered with:

– Readhead
– Readhead cover
– Aluminium profile
– Magnetic tape
– End caps
– Metal shielded cable 3 meter standard + 1 meter for every meter encoder length

All above components can be delivered separately.

DMB magnetic linear encoder

Our DMB magnetic linear encoder 1 µm work under the hardest conditions. This “closed” encoder with protection class IP 67 can resist fluids and dirt. The magnetic linear encoder 1 µm used in conjunction with our counters (D60, D70 and DC501-503 series) is designed for manual machine tools or other equipment having linear movements, for example lathe, milling machines, grinding machines, sawing machines and cnc equipment. Alternatively the encoder output can be used for automatic positioning control of machine tools or similar equipment via CNC or PLC unit .The encoders may also be fitted to coordinate measurement or other measurement equipment used for high accuracy inspection & measurement. All our magnetic linear encoders are delivered with an RS-422 signal (EIA-422).
